The new online course "Cybersecurity for Citizens and Professionals" is freely accessible to all interested parties. Register now!

The new Arqus Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) "Cybersecurity for Citizens and Professionals" is now publicly available on the Future Learn platform. The course was developed by Arqus as part of the Cyberactioning project, which is co-funded by the Digital Europe programme.

The initiative aims to promote digital security skills for a wide audience - from citizens to professionals. The MOOC was designed and implemented as part of a project coordinated by the University of Granada. The University of Padua, the University of Vilnius and the University of Minho were involved in its development, as well as a large number of partners from industry and research.

About the course

The course is open and free of charge for all learners. After enrolment, participants have access to the material for six weeks and can work through it week by week or at their own pace.

Learners who wish to obtain a certificate can upgrade the course via Future Learn. To qualify, they must:

  • mark more than 90 per cent of the course steps as completed
  • answer all test questions
  • achieve a score of over 70 per cent

You can access the course via this link!
