IntersectionaLabs: Arqus Student Co-Project of University of Graz and University of Granada

The Arqus Student Co-Funded Project InterLabs: IntersectionaLabs - Transgressive Pedagogies and Transnational Literatures is a project between graduate students from the University of Granada, from the Institute of Women and Gender Studies and graduate students from the Center for Inter-American Studies at the University of Graz. The project aims at co-creating intergenerational knowledge on transgressive pedagogies on cultural and social representations of gender and intersectionality. The Workshop took place on November 30th, December 4th and 5th, 2023 at the University of Graz, Center for Inter-American Studies.

In the course of the project, Dr. Àngela Harris Sánchez and Elvira Aguilera Garcia, MA, came to the University of Graz and presented together with their local colleagues Dr. Nicole Haring and Mirna Cobanovic, BA their transnational and intersectional work in a three day workshop. Prof. Roberta Maierhofer (University of Graz) and Prof. Adelina Sánchez Espinosa (University of Granada) were the senior advisor of this transnational cooperation. The project will bring forth a joint publication and a follow-up workshop planned for 2024.
