Workshop series: How can AI promote and change university teaching?

The use of AI does not stop at universities. An online workshop series aims to enable teachers to share their experiences and show how AI can support teaching.

Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work and learn. It is therefore also clear that university teaching is changing and will continue to change due to the availability of AI. The question that arises is: What do these changes look like? A new Arqus online workshop series aims to answer precisely this question.

The workshop series is entitled "AI in Teaching & Learning: International perspectives and best practices", and the name says it all: it aims to bring together teachers and didactics experts from various European universities and disciplines to address the key issues surrounding teaching and AI.

Exchange and insights

The workshops are 90-minute online meetings with colleagues from all Arqus universities that provide insights into the use of concrete AI applications in teaching, share findings and best practices and invite participants to exchange experiences.

The aim of the workshops is to inspire participants and provide them with practical information on the integration of AI in teaching, learning and assessment.

Dates are fixed

The first five sessions will take place on the following dates from 14.00 to 15.30 (CET)

  • 28 November 2025
  • 12 December 2025
  • 19 December 2025
  • 15 January 2026
  • 21 January 2026

Further information and registration for participation can be found under this link.
