Rui Gomes Assistant Professor in the School of Psychology, Department of Applied Psychology, at the University of Minho, Portugal. He received his academic degrees (Bachelor's, Master's and PhD) in the field of Psychology, from the University of Minho. In research, he is interested in human adaptation to stress, team leadership and performance, and life skills training and human development. He is responsible for the research group Adaptation, Performance and Human Development, whose results are disseminated in the community by the School of Life Skills. His intervention focuses in the area of sports psychology and life skills training in different contexts and age groups.
Liliana FontesInvited Professor at the School of Psychology at the University of Minho, Portugal. She obtained a Master's degree in Psychology and a PhD in Textile Engineering, both from the University of Minho. In research, she is interested in Sports Psychology and life skills training and human development. She is a member of the research group Adaptation, Performance and Human Development, whose results are disseminated in the community by the School of Life Skills. Her intervention work focuses in the area of sports psychology and life skills training in different contexts and age groups.
