Why language learning still matters in the age of AI?

Inclusive assessment in EMI: Linguistically accessible and diversified

Format: online

Speakers: Alicia Salomone & Ludmila Kalasnikova (both Universidad de Chile)

Content: The topic of the is effective assessment in English language programmes and classes. This webinar will present "language-light" assessment approaches that aim to reduce the linguistic demands on students while maintaining content academic standards. Participants will explore practical alternatives to traditional written assignments and learn how small conscious adjustments can meaningfully improve fairness and inclusion in EMI contexts.
