Take part in the Mentoring Programme and work on the joint development and implementation of the BIP initiative - TURNING IDEAS INTO BUSINESSES.
The aim of this BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) is to promote the sharing of experiences and good practices in the process of transforming ideas into businesses, namely through the stages:
- Innovation, Creativity and Value Proposition,
- Client Development and Market Analysis,
- Business Model Design,
- Business Evaluation, Creation, Launching and Management.
The experience and methodologies used by the participating institutions, the critical evaluation and proposals to be made by the participants and the good practices identified will be used to collaboratively generate a handbook/webpage with guidelines for applying effective methodologies in the institutions involved.
Such document can be successively extended, updated and improved in future iterations and can be a tool for the analysis and evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in the Arqus Alliance institutions and will support further initiatives.
The BIP is a b-learning activity to begin online in April 15th with weekly synchronous and asynchronous sessions before the on-site activities in June 24-28. For the BIP we are expecting around 3 students/researchers per ARQUS institution and a tutor (staff, alumni, researcher or teacher) to lead the group.
