The Arqus International Innovators Awards is an initiative of the Linking local ecosystems working group, intended to identify and foster university-based start-ups planning to internationalize (Born Global Start-ups) very early. The Award allows start-ups to present international business models in order to support visibility and networking at the European level for international venture implementation.

ProtectLib is working on a technology for recycling LiOn batteries. They are based here at Unicorn and also operate their first development facility on the university campus.
